40E-6.221 Conditions for Issuance of Standard Permits

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on May 23, 2023, the South Florida Water Management District (District), received a petition for waiver from Miami-Dade Water and Sewer Department (Application No. 220603-34657) for utilization of Works or Lands of the District known as the C-9 Canal for installation of a 14-inch HDPE Force Main located within the northeast right of way; Section 36, Township 51, Range 41, and Section 6, Township 52, Range 42, Miami-Dade County. The petition seeks relief from paragraph 40E-6.221(3)(j), Fla. Admin. Code, which governs placement of facilities within the right of way and does not meet or is contrary to the District's criteria within Works or Lands of the District.
