NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on May 18, 2015, the Construction Industry Licensing Board received a Petition for Declaratory Statement from Jeffrey M. Rodewald. The petitioner seeks a declaratory statement as to whether it is within the scope of his certified residential contractor’s license to perform work on a unit that is within a two story building containing multiple units. Except for good cause shown, motions for leave to intervene must be filed within 21 days after publication of this notice.
