DEPARTMENT OF BUSINESS AND PROFESSIONAL REGULATION
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on May 8, 2015, the Board of Cosmetology received a Supplemental Petition for Declaratory Statement from Darlene Lisk. The petitioner seeks a declaratory statement regarding whether, pursuant to Sections 477.013(3) and (4), F.S. and Rule 61G5-18.00015, F.A.C., a cosmetology salon owner may allow cosmetologists to use safety guarded blades to remove hair from the face. Except for good cause shown, motions for leave to intervene must be filed within 21 days after publication of this notice.
