Notice is hereby given that the following correction has been made to the proposed rule in Vol. 42 No. 64, April 1, 2016 issue of the Florida Administrative Register. The notice of proposed rule incorrectly stated that the notice of rule development was published in the Florida Administrative Register on January 1, 2016. The notice of development was actually published on January 6, 2016.
