Notice of Lifting Emergency Action and Dismissal
On May 21, 2014, the State Surgeon General issued an Order of Emergency Restriction of License with regard to the license of David Christopher Ropp, R.N., License #: RN9333289. On December 11, 2014, the Department ordered the dismissal of the case and the lifting of the pending Emergency Restriction Order.
