The notice of tentative public hearings for the Certificate of Need first Other Beds and Services batch of 2016 that was published in the May 25, 2016 edition of the Florida Administrative Register is being revised due to an error. The revision is as follows:

Public hearing requests must be in writing and be received at the Agency for Health Care Administration, CON Office, 2727 Mahan Drive, Mail Stop 28, Tallahassee, Florida, 32308, attention Marisol Fitch, by 5:00 p.m., June 8, 2016. In lieu of requesting and attending a public hearing, written comments submitted to the department relative to the merits of these applications will become part of the official project application file. Pursuant to 59C-1.010(3), F.A.C., written comments must be received by 5:00 p.m., June 22, 2016.
