NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that The Florida Real Estate Commission has received the petition for declaratory statement from David Berner, on behalf of Southeast Land Consultants, Inc., filed on May 16, 2016.The petition seeks the agency’s opinion as to the applicability of Section 475.41 and 475.42, F.S., as it applies to the petitioner.

The petition seeks the Commission’s opinion on whether a commission can be paid to an unlicensed single member LLC. Except for good cause shown, motions for leave to intervene must be filed within 21 days after publication of this notice.
