The Florida Office of Financial Regulation hereby gives notice: On 5/22/2020, the Florida Office of Financial Regulation issued a Final Order Denying Petition for Waiver of Rule 69W-600.0024, Florida Administrative Code, received April 28, 2020, filed by Charles Kevin Miller. The Office determined that the facts alleged in the Petition do not demonstrate a substantial hardship to Petitioner. The Office determined that principles of fairness would not be violated if Petitioner is required to retake the Series 65 or Series 66 exam because he is not affected in a manner significantly different from the way it affects other similarly situated persons.
