    NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Board of Professional Engineers has received the petition for declaratory statement from Jonathan A. Batista. The petition seeks the agency's opinion as to the applicability of subsection 471.015(1), F.S., as it applies to the petitioner.

    The petition for declaratory statement was filed by the Clerk on May 14, 2020. Petitioner ask the Board 5 “questions,” relating to Section 471.015, F.S., and the PE Examination necessary for licensure, and how that requirement can be complied with in light of the COVID-19 restriction. Except for good cause shown, motions for leave to intervene must be filed within 21 days after publication of this notice.
