    NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on May 17, 2013, the Department of Business and Professional Regulation, Division of Hotels and Restaurants, Bureau of Elevator Safety, received a petition for Holiday Inn Express Pensacola-West Navy Base. Petitioner seeks an emergency variance of the requirements of ASME A17.1b, Section 2.8.5.4, as adopted by section 61C-5.001(1), Florida Administrative Code that requires upgrading the elevators air conditioning access which poses a significant economic/financial hardship.
