NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on May 20, 2013, the Board of Chiropractic Medicine, received a petition for William E. Ziegenfelder, D.C. Petitioner is seeking a waiver or variance of paragraph 64B2-13.004(5), Florida Administrative Code, which requires that when attending an approved course, a licensee must provide a photo identification and sign in and out each time they enter or exit the meeting site and the licensee’s attendance must be certified by the course’s registrar and submitted to the Board as verification.
