The Miami-Dade Expressway Authority (“MDX” or “Authority”), requires the services of a Design Consultant with the necessary qualifications to provide a Statement of Qualifications (SOQ) for Design Engineering Services for the SR 924 Extension West From SR 826 to the Homestead Extension of the Florida Turnpike.
