NOTICE OF CHANGE

Notice is hereby given that the following changes have been made to the proposed rule in accordance with subparagraph 120.54(3)(d)1., F.S., published in Vol. 41 No. 14, January 22, 2015 issue of the Florida Administrative Register.

The following change has been made to the Florida Medicaid Statewide Inpatient Psychiatric Program Coverage Policy:

Section 1.1, Legal Authority, now reads:

Providers must comply with state law and all applicable regulations as required by the federal government, AHCA, and the Department of Education, including:

 Title 42 Code of Federal Regulations (CFR) 441, Subpart D (for providers licensed under Rule Chapter 65E-9, F.A.C.)

 42 CFR 482 or 42 CFR 483 (as appropriate to the provider’s licensure type)

 Chapters 394 and 395, Florida Statutes (F.S.)

 Section 409.906, F.S.

 Rule 59G-4.120, Rule Chapter 59A-3, and Rule 6A-6.0361, F.A.C.
