NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on May 20, 2019, the Department of Children and Families, received a petition for waiver of Rule 65E-14.018, Florida Administrative Code, from Dayspring Village Inc., assigned Case No. 19-0010W. Rule 65E-14.018, F.A.C., states in pertinent part: the service provider shall make a determination of ability to pay in accordance with the sliding fee scale for all individuals seeking substance abuse or mental health services.
