NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on May 23, 2019, the Florida Housing Finance Corporation, received a petition for waiver of paragraphs 67-48.004(3)(i) and (j), F.A.C., from Fair Oaks, LLC, to increase the total number of units from 120 to 124 and to decrease the Total Set-Aside Percentage from 100% to 96.77%.
