    NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on April 26, 2019, the Florida Department of Environmental Protection, received a petition for variance from Riverwood Community Development District. The petition requested a variance for modification of the sampling types from composite sampling to grab sampling at the petitioner’s wastewater treatment plant. paragraph 62-600.660(3)(b), F.A.C., requires that composite samples shall be used to test CBOD5, TSS, and nutrients at facilities with a permitted capacity less than 100,000 gallons per day. The facility is located at 4250 Riverwood Drive, Port Charlotte, Florida 33953. The petition has been assigned OGC No. 19-0342; and File No. FLA014060-013-DWF.
