The Department of Revenue HEREBY GIVES NOTICE that on May 7, 2020, the First District Court of Appeal issued its per curiam affirmed decision upholding an administrative law judge determination that paragraph (a) of subsection (5) of Rule 12A-1.044 is invalid. The time for filing an authorized motion under Fla. R. App. P. 9.330 or 9.331 expired May 22, 2020.
