    NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Construction Industry Licensing Board has received the petition for declaratory statement from Daniel J. Treuden, Esq. on behalf of Andrew J. Laidler, filed on April 28, 2020.The petition seeks the agency's opinion as to the applicability of subsection 61G4-15.017(2), F.A.C., as it applies to the petitioner.

    Petitioner seeks a determination from the Board as to whether a sound and thermal installation and acoustical ceiling system constitutes “prefabricated ceiling materials” or is otherwise authorized to install the system, as it pertains to the rule. Except for good cause shown, motions for leave to intervene must be filed within 21 days after publication of this notice.
