NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on May 21, 2020, the Department of Health, received a petition for Emergency Variance or Waiver from Hart’s Plant Nursery, Inc. The petition seeks an emergency variance from subsection 64-4.005(4), F.A.C., which requires that a Medical Marijuana Treatment Center begin dispensing product within 210 days of being granted Cultivation Authorization.
