NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on May 22, 2024, the Florida Department of Transportation, received a petition for variance from the Miami-Dade County Department of Transportation and Public Works (DTPW), seeking a variance from the provisions of Rule 14-73.001, Florida Administrative Code. Rule 14-73.001 establishes requirements for the recipients of the Department's transit grant funds. DTPW proposes the Department grant a variance to the deadline for adoption of DTPW's Major Transit Development Plan update.
