GENERAL SUBJECT MATTER TO BE CONSIDERED: Closed door attorney-client session pursuant to Section 286.011(8)(2008), F.S., to discuss strategy related to litigation expenditures and/or settlement negotiations in Cutler Properties, LC v. South Florida Water Management District, Eleventh Judicial Circuit, Miami-Dade County, Florida, Case No. 08-46701 CA 5. The subject matter shall be confined to the pending litigation. (All or part of this meeting may be conducted as a teleconference in order to permit maximum participation of Governing Board members).

Pursuant to Florida Law, the entire attorney-client session shall be recorded by a certified court reporter. No portion of the session shall be off the record. A copy of the transcript will be made part of the public record at the conclusion of the litigation.
