NOTICE OF AVAILABILITY
Fairpoint Regional Utility System
The Florida Department of Environmental Protection has determined that Fairpoint Regional Utility Systems project to construct a new water supply well, water treatment facility, and a water transmission line to connect the new facilities to the existing system will not adversely affect the environment. The total cost of the project is estimated to be $2,520,000. The project may qualify for a Drinking Water State Revolving Fund loan composed of federal funds and state funds.
