The Florida Office of Financial Regulation hereby gives notice:

On May 24, 2018, a Final Order Denying Petition for Variance was issued. The Office ordered that Gulf Management Systems, Inc. and Charles Billone’s Petition for Variance from Rules 69V-560.402, 69V-560.1012, F.A.C. and OFR-560-07 is DENIED. Petitioners request the Office to issue a variance to exclude Petitioners' payroll processing bank-to-bank automated clearing house credits or debits as they pertain to annually filing form OFR-560-007, Security Device Calculation Form, and Petitioners’ required security device. The Petition does not provide facts to support that the bond amount or security device required by OFR-560-007, Security Device Calculation Form, will or has been achieved by other means. Absent any alternative method to fund a security device, Petitioners are unable to fulfill the purpose of the underlying statute.
