NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on May 24, 2019, the Florida Housing Finance Corporation, received a petition for waiver of paragraphs 67-48.0072(4)(c) and (21)(b), F.A.C., from Venetian Walk Partners II, LLLP, to extend the time allowed under the Rule for the issuance of a firm loan commitment.
