NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Florida Department of Corrections has issued an order disposing of the petition for declaratory statement filed by Rexford Tweed, DC# 116365 on March 11, 2019. The following is a summary of the agency's disposition of the petition: As an inmate of the Florida Department of Corrections, Rexford Tweed, DC# 116365, may only participate in administrative proceedings that are brought pursuant to paragraph 120.54(3)(c) and subsection (7), Florida Statutes.
