    NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on May 27, 2020, the Board of Veterinary Medicine, received a petition for waiver or variance filed on behalf of Jorge Falcon-Sillet, DVM. The Petitioner seeks a waiver or variance from subsection 61G18-11.002(6), F.A.C., regarding the requirement that the North American Veterinary Licensing Examination (NAVLE) must have been taken and successfully completed within five years prior to the date of the administration of the first examination offered in Florida subsequent to the filing of the application for licensure. Comments on this petition should be filed with the Board of Veterinary Medicine, 2601 Blair Stone Road, Tallahassee, Florida 32399-0751, within 14 days of publication of this notice.
