NOTICE OF CHANGE
Notice is hereby given that the following changes have been made to the proposed rule in accordance with subparagraph 120.54(3)(d)1., F.S., published in Vol. 46 No. 55, March 19, 2020 issue of the Florida Administrative Register.
The Board received written comments from the Joint Administrative Procedures Committee on Rule 61G3-21.009, F.A.C. Therefore, the Law Implemented and language in Rule 61G3-21.009, F.A.C. have been changed as set forth below.
61G3-21.009 Citations.
(1) No change.
(2) A citation and fine shall be issued for a first violation of any of the statutes and rules listed in this paragraph.
(a) through (b) No change.
(c) Operating a barbershop with a license that has been expired for up to one year, in violation of section 476.194(1)(d)1., F.S, shall result in a fine of $50 per month to a the maximum fine of $500 per count or separate offense allowed by law;
(d) through (f) No change.
(3) through (4) No change.
