    • HB 1285 (2024) amended section 1007.25, F.S., to include requirements for new specialized Associate in Arts transfer (SAAT) degrees. Rule 6A-10.024 language will be amended to incorporate the addition of new AA degree programs ....
    • The proposed rule will provide additional clarity between the rule that governs the charter school conversion ballot process and the statute that allows for charter school conversions.

  • Board of Hearing Aid Specialists
    • The proposed rule incorporates two updated Department of Health forms regarding Hearing Aid Specialists training program. There are also other minor changes within the forms.
    • The Board proposes a rule amendment that updates and makes current the application form DH-MQA 1155 for Licensures by Examination.
  • Board of Optometry
    • The Board proposes the rule development for review of the rule for any necessary changes.
  • Board of Podiatric Medicine
