The Florida Department of Transportation, District 2 announces a hearing to which all persons are invited.

DATE AND TIME: May 10, 2018, 4:30 p.m. – 6:30 p.m.

GENERAL SUBJECT MATTER TO BE CONSIDERED: The Florida Department of Transportation invites you to a public hearing regarding proposed median modifications on Philips Highway (U.S. 1) Financial Project ID 435981-1 in Duval County, Florida to construct a partial Restricted Crossing U-Turn, or RCUT, at Reba Avenue and Putnam Avenue. The hearing will begin with an open house from 4:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m., followed by a public comment period at 6:30 p.m. Public participation is sought without regard to race, color, religion, sex, age, national origin, disability or family status.
