NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Construction Industry Licensing Board has received the petition for declaratory statement from Steven M Weaver, Sr., on April 2, 2018. The petition seeks the agency’s opinion as to the applicability of Section 489.105(3); 481.203(6) and 471.005(7), F.S., and DS 2011-082, as it applies to the petitioner.

Petitioner seeks a determination from the Board regarding whether or not certain entities or licensed professionals are allowed to provide “Construction Management” and if possible obtain a fee for the services. Except for good cause shown, motions for leave to intervene must be filed within 21 days after publication of this notice.
