    NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on April 18, 2018, the Department of Environmental Protection, received a petition for variance from Spring Lake Improvement District WWTP. The petition requested a variance from subparagraph 62-604.400(2)(a)1, F.A.C., which requires that emergency pumping capability shall be provided for all pump station that receive flow from one or more pump stations through a force main or pump station discharging through pipes 12 inches or larger. In lieu of a generator, the owner would purchase a 4-inch diameter vacuum-assisted solid handling pump capable of pumping three-inch diameter solids.” The pump station is located 250 feet west of the parking lot on Clubhouse Lane, Sebring, Florida, 33876. The petition has been assigned OGC No. 18-0212; Permit No. FLA997668-002-DWF/VO.
