NOTICE OF CHANGE
Notice is hereby given that the following changes have been made to the proposed rule in accordance with subparagraph 120.54(3)(d)1., F.S., published in Vol. 46 No. 230, November 25, 2020 issue of the Florida Administrative Register.
The Board received written comments from the Joint Administrative Procedures Committee on Rule 64B4-7.0081, F.A.C.. On March 26, 2021, the Board approved changes to the proposed rule language. The changes are as follows:
THE TEXT OF THE PROPOSED RULE WILL NOW READ:
64B4-7.0081 Requirements to be a Qualified Practitioner for Completing Risk Assessments and Treatment of Sexual Offenders.
(1) No Change.
(2) For the purposes of this section:
(a) No Change.
(b) “Persons who have committed sex offenses” means persons who have been ordered or referred to a qualified practitioner by a court of competent jurisdiction for assessment or treatment due to an allegation of or a conviction for a sexually based criminal or delinquent act.
(3) – (4) No Change.
(5) Have documented 2,000 hours of post degree experience in the evaluation and treatment of persons who have committed sex offensessexual offenders.
(a) – (b) No change.
(6) No Change.
