    GENERAL SUBJECT MATTER TO BE CONSIDERED: Financial Management No.: 431807-1-22-01. Project Description: Sanford Amtrak Auto Train Gateway Improvements Project Development and Environment (PD&E) Study in Seminole County, Florida.

    The PD&E Study investigates the potential to enhance local access and network connectivity around the Amtrak Auto Train facilities in Seminole County, Florida. Transportation improvements include enhanced connectivity, mobility improvements, and accessibility for pedestrians as well as other modes of transportation. The project area is bordered by Martin Luther King, Jr. Boulevard on the west; First Street on the north; Pecan Avenue on the east; and McCracken Road on the south.
