NOTICE OF CHANGE

Notice is hereby given that the following changes have been made to the proposed rule in accordance with subparagraph 120.54(3)(d)1., F.S., published in Vol. 39, No. 79, April 23, 2013 issue of the Florida Administrative Register.

 

Subparagraph (6)(a)3. has been amended to read:

3. A financial statement of the parent corporation that controls the institution compiled, reviewed or audited in accordance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles, prepared by an independent certified public accountant. This statement must demonstrate sufficient resources to ensure appropriate institutional development.
