    PURPOSE AND EFFECT: The Department is creating a new rule Chapter 62-772, F.A.C., that provides the procedures the Department will utilize for the procurement of contractual services for the cleanup of state-funded petroleum contaminated sites. The Department anticipates creating the above list of rule sections and titles; however, these may be amended or new sections added as public input is received and the Department creates this new chapter. The procedures will allow the Department to implement its petroleum cleanup program in a more efficient and cost effective manner.
