NOTICE OF CHANGE
Notice is hereby given that the following change has been made to the proposed rule to modify the application form number DH-MQA 1180, “Apprentice Optician Application”, and incorporated by reference into the rule, in accordance with subparagraph 120.54(3)(d)1., F.S., published in Vol. 39, No. 236, of the December 6, 2013, issue of the Florida Administrative Register. The change is in response to concerns from the Joint Administrative Committee, in a letter dated December 13, 2013.
64B12-16.003(6): The phrase “Current and appropriate training models” will be deleted.
