NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on May 20, 2014, the Board of Optometry received a petition filed by the Office of Continuing Professional Education, State University of New York College of Optometry, for a variance of Rule 64B13 5.002, F.A.C., to allow a one-time waiver of the requirement that a Continuing Education course be approved as Transcript Quality prior to the course being offered.
