    NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on May 20, 2014, the Construction Industry Licensing Board has received the petition for declaratory statement from Pro/Max Construction, LLC. The petition seeks the agencys opinion as to the applicability of paragraph 489.113(3)(b), Florida Statutes, as it applies to the petitioner.

    The petitioner seeks a declaratory statement regarding paragraph 489.113(3)(b), Florida Statutes, as to whether a general contractor can shingle the roof of an addition to a house that he did not originally build. Except for good cause shown, motions for leave to intervene must be filed within 21 days after publication of this notice.
