NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on May 5, 2014, the Construction Industry Licensing Board received a Petition for Declaratory Statement from Iseler Demolition, Inc. The petitioner seeks a declaratory statement as to whether petitioner is required to have a contractor’s license for demolishing steel water storage structures in Florida. If so, what license is required? Except for good cause shown, motions for leave to intervene must be filed within 21 days after publication of this notice.
