    The Florida Department of Transportation, Florida’s Turnpike Enterprise announces a public meeting to which all persons are invited.

    DATE AND TIME: Thursday, June 15, 2017: 5:30 p.m.6:30 p.m., Project Development and Environment (PD&E) Public Hearing Open House and Design Public Information Meeting; 6:30 p.m., Formal PD&E Presentation

    PLACE: Miramar Multi-Service Complex, 6700 Miramar Parkway, Miramar, Florida 33023. In the event that the hearing/meeting cannot be held on June 15, 2017 due to severe weather or other unforeseen conditions, it will be held on the alternate date of June 29, 2017 at the same time and place.

    GENERAL SUBJECT MATTER TO BE CONSIDERED: The Public Hearing is being held to give interested persons an opportunity to express their views concerning the location, conceptual design, and social, economic, and environmental effects of the Project Development and Environment (PD&E) study for the proposed widening and interchange modifications of Florida’s Turnpike (SR 91) from the Golden Glades Interchange to Miramar Parkway and Turnpike Extension (SR 821) from NW 57th Avenue to Miramar Parkway in Broward and Miami-Dade Counties (Financial Project ID Number: 423373-1). In addition, a Design Public Information Meeting will be held for the widening of the Turnpike Extension (SR 821) from I-75 to the Turnpike (SR 91) (Financial Project ID Numbers: 429328-1 and 435546-1).
