    40E-6.011:Policy and Purpose

    NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on May 20, 2013, the South Florida Water Management District (District), received a petition for waiver from Target Corporation, Application No. 13-0520-7, Permit Number for utilization of Works or Lands of the District known as the C-4 canal requesting authorization to allow for the construction of a vehicle access bridge at S.W. 139th Avenue crossing in conjunction with the Target of West Dade County; C-4 Canal, Section 3, Township 54S, Range 39E; Miami-Dade County. The petition seeks relief from paragraph 40E-6.011(2)(j), Fla. Admin. Code, which governs the minimum low member elevation of pile-supported and free-span facilities located within Works or Lands of the District.
