Specifically, the change is to remove Premium Requirements and Suitability of Sales and Service from the bail bond 5-hour course outline. This rule was originally published in the February 18, 2013 (Vol. 39, No. 33) issue of the Florida Administrative Register. A hearing on these rules was held on March 13, 2013.
