Jackson County Hospital District d/b/a Jackson Hospital
After consideration of valuation reports, a public hearing and deliberations, Jackson County Hospital District's Board of Trustees voted not to sell or lease the hospital in response to FSS 155.40. The Board determined it is not in the best interest of the residents of the district to sell or lease the assets of Jackson Hospital. The hospital conducted a fair market valuation, an operational assessment, a public hearing and a vote, meeting all set criteria of FSS 155.40.
