NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on May 25, 2017, the Florida Housing Finance Corporation received a petition for waiver from MLF 2, Ltd, requesting a waiver of Section III (B)(1)(b) of the Universal Cycle Application instructions and paragraph 67-48.004(1)(a), F.A.C., to allow them to replace certain hot water heaters in units.
