NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on May 29, 2018, the E911 Board, received a petition for variance filed by Holmes County, Florida. The Petitioner is seeking a variance subsection 60FF1-5.003(3), F.A.C., with respect to the rule requirement regarding the grant fund usage between the beginning and ending dates of the grant, unless an extension is authorized by the E911 Board. Petitioner is requesting a twelve month extension for the right to incur cost related to the grant (S9-16-12-05).
