PURPOSE AND EFFECT: The Board proposes the development of rule amendments for Rule 64B15-13.001 to add additional entities approved as providers for the controlled substance prescribing courses for biennial renewal. The Board proposes the development of rule amendments for Rule 64B15-13.002 to clarify the requirements for reactivation of an inactive or retired license.
