PURPOSE AND EFFECT: The purpose of the proposed amendments is to update the rule to reflect legislative changes in Chapter 2005, 277, Laws of Florida, relating to the requisite oath in the voters certificate, and to the acceptance of electronically transmitted voted ballots from voters under the Uniform Overseas Citizens Absentee Voting Act.
