NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT on April 19, 2012 the Board of Psychology an Order was filed on the Petition for Waiver or Variance. The Petition for Waiver or Variance was filed by Kenneth F. Johnson, Jr., on January 19, 2012, seeking a waiver or variance from subsection 64B19-11.0075(2), F.A.C., with regard to closing the application file after 24 months if the applicant is unable to document successful completion of the Examination for Professional Practice in Psychology. The Notice was published in Volume 38, No. 9, of the Florida Administrative Weekly, on March 2, 2012. The Board, at its meeting held on March 23, 2012, voted to grant the Petition for Waiver or Variance finding that the Petitioner demonstrated a substantial hardship; that application of the rule would violate the principles of fairness; and that he has met the purpose of the underlying statute.
