NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on April 18, 2012, the South Florida Water Management District (District), received a petition for waiver from Brian Rayfield, Application No. 11-0818-3, for utilization of Works or Lands of the District known as the C-16 Canal for an existing boat dock within the south right of way; Section 22, Township 45 South, Range 43 East, Palm Beach County. The petition seeks relief from paragraph 40E-6.221(2)(j), Fla. Admin. Code, which governs the minimum required low member elevation of pile-supported docking facilities within Works or Lands of the District.
