    GENERAL SUBJECT MATTER TO BE CONSIDERED: The Design Public Workshop is being conducted to give interested persons an opportunity to express their views concerning the preliminary design plans for the proposed improvements prior to construction. The workshop will present information evaluated during the preliminary design phase for proposed rail improvements between the South Florida Rail Corridor and the Florida East Coast (FEC) Railway within the Northwood area of West Palm Beach in Palm Beach County, Florida. The proposed improvements include two project phases; Phase 1A, Rehabilitate Existing Northwood Connection (Financial Project ID Number: 434948-1); and Phase 2, New Northwood Connection (Financial Project ID Number 434948-2). Project information will be on display and representatives from FDOT will be available to discuss the project, answer questions and receive comments.
